In experience design, ALOT conducted an analysis of Getnet's digital channels and implemented navigation solutions, leading to usability improvements.
We transitioned from a process of refining the style guide to a comprehensive Design System, which facilitated a reduction in design entropy, increased productivity, and more optimised result measurement.
As for our Growth operation, ALOT implemented the tagging process on Getnet's website, developing tags
to track user behavior and their interactions with products and elements. With this information, it is possible
to develop periodic strategic plans and perform detailed data analyses.
